Audience and Aim: This course is aimed at early years leads, staff who work in baby rooms and childminders.
Description
3.31 of the (Statutory framework for the early years foundation stage) All staff must have received training that specifically addresses the care of babies, where there is an under two years room, the member of staff in charge of that room, in the judgement of the provider, have suitable experience of working with under twos.
Course Details:
- The course will help to gain a good knowledge of child development to understand how babies learn and develop.
- Understand how you can support babies at different stages of their development
- Gain some practical ideas you can use in your setting to support babies in the prime areas
