My staff came off this course, raving about it, and how she felt it would help her in practice. - Sally
Would like longer, loved the visuals, never heard of Glimmers, Emotions, PSED, observing more of the Cof EL, Alertness levels, triggers eg sensory and ways to support them. As a Development Officer, I will re-look at notes and share an overview with my team. I will consider creating a 'routine chart' to share with settings to see how children are at various times through the day eg too high, just right, too low. I will start to advise more about co-regulation as i visit settings. - Shania
