Description
Carried out by one of our trained early years quality consultants, this EYFS consultancy visit will assess where your nursery is up to and provide you with practical tips to ensure your setting is meeting the necessary standards.
We will question staff, review planning, and support the manager to sustain a high-quality provision that you, your parents and Ofsted would be proud of.
The visit will assess:

It may be a follow-up visit from your Ofsted inspection or a compliance/ complaints visit

We will support your team to work through an action plan showing the evidence that Ofsted requires to ensure you are meeting regulations.

"I would like to leave feedback with regards to Becky’s visit to our setting on Tuesday. It was such a purposeful visit; Becky was professional at the same time made the staff feel very comfortable. The staff team initially were a little anxious when I informed them of the visit Becky put us all at ease and gave constructive criticism. The best part was how hands on she was, she didn’t just talk the talk but really walked the walk. Our action point which we discussed we ready by the next and I didn’t have to chase her up for it. She helped us with our displays and gave clear directions as to how we make those changes. Becky’s visit really motivated I and my staff team that we began making all the changes with immediate effect, a massive thank you to her from all the team at Cribs Day nursery.
