Inclusive Practice
This 30-minute course introduces the principles of inclusive practice and explores how early years practitioners can create environments where every child can participate, belong, and thrive. Participants will learn how to recognise and respond to individual needs, remove barriers to learning, promote equality and diversity, and work in partnership with families and professionals to ensure the best outcomes for every child.

Inclusive practice is at the heart of high-quality early years education. Every child has the right to feel welcomed, valued, respected, and supported to reach their full potential, regardless of their background, abilities, culture, language, or individual needs.
This course encourages practitioners to reflect on their own practice and identify practical ways to build inclusive environments that celebrate diversity and support every child's unique strengths.
By the end of the course, participants will be able to:

- Recognise and respond to the individual needs of children.
- Create inclusive environments that promote participation and belonging.
